Mesmo com a utilização de ferramentas de busca, pode ser que sejam encontrados endereços desatualizados ou errôneos, o que pode dificultar ou tornar infrutífera a busca. Além disso, há casos em que o genitor não possui residência fixa ou muda frequentemente de endereço, o que aumenta a complexidade do caso. Nesse sentido, o trabalho em equipe entre o cliente e o advogado é fundamental para otimizar a busca e garantir o sucesso da ação judicial.
